Where The Rates Come From

  • Initially, input your current sales patterns for it to use as the basis of the rate calculations;
  • Based on the sales patterns, Rate Wise provides rates that are appropriate to your occupancy levels, lead times, seasons, etc;
  • A daily report is generated which indicates the room rates that need to be changed since the previous day, for a specified period in the future.

Working With Rate Wise

  • Works with your Property Management System to pick up occupancy levels for all upcoming dates;
  • Links directly to Rate Tiger to automatically update your 3rd Party Websites;
  • Integrates with your PMS system to provide detailed statistics from current data including Occupancy Levels, Pick Ups, Average Rates and RevPAR .
