Pembroke Hotel Kilkenny is a luxury 4-star hotel located in the heart of Kilkenny city centre, overlooking the magnificent Kilkenny Castle and within walking distance to all the cities attractions. Rated as the #1 hotel in Kilkenny by Trip Advisor, the hotel has 74 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, a newly renovated Statham’s Bar & Restaurant, Mint Beauty Rooms and a Business Centre.

It’s the ideal location for guests to explore the city.

The brief

Since partnering with the Pembroke Hotel in January 2015 our brief has always been to help drive more direct business through the property’s own website, help fill the gaps on the midweek nights and drive RevPAR.

The Process

On an ongoing basis we meet the team within the hotel to analyse their market segmentations and adopt a strategy for each segment, always with the brief in mind.

On a weekly basis we review future revenue on the books, the pace of the pickup. We then benchmark business on the books against the budget, last year’s performance and the forecast.

In consultancy with the hotel we can then adopt the strategy quickly to ensure we are achieving the best results at all times.

This property also uses the services of our in-house digital marketing team Sprint Digital, with both divisions located together in our Dublin Office, it means that we can have regular conference calls with the hotel and implement strategies immediately to maximise results.
