Our Story

Rate Wise was founded in Dublin in 2007 by software developer Niall O’Meara and quickly became a leading revenue management provider with clients in Europe, Australia and Hong Kong.

In 2018,  Rate Wise and restructured the business, creating a full-service revenue management company providing software solutions and hands on consultancy to hotels and serviced apartments.

Today the Rate Wise team have over 20 years of hotel experience, helping our clients get the most from their revenue management.

Our aim for our clients is to always get the best rate possible while making their day to day tasks easier to manage.

We’re part of a bigger team

Rate Wise offices are based in a beautiful Georgian building in Dublin 2 and form part of PREM Group’s Irish Headquarters. We share the space with about 60 co-workers from many of PREM Group’s other businesses including Rewards From Us To You, Sprint Digital, Trinity Hotel Groups, and PREM Hospitality.

We’ve Got You Covered

Our Employee Assistance Programme is a confidential counselling service that provides support to our employees and their families. It comes with a dedicated video consultation app and offers immediate help and support in managing whatever work or personal issues our team are facing. We offer unlimited access to a telephone helpline, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The service can be accessed quickly and easily by phone, through our website, via live chat, or through our specially designed app. This service is provided via Laya Health Care.

Many of the team working within Rate Wise have long lengths of service and have worked across many areas of the organisation. Employee Rate Programme

With our network of over 50 hotels across Europe, our team members can avail of employee rates to stay in our hotels and serviced apartments. A great perk if you enjoy travelling and seeing the world!

We Give Back

It’s important to give back. Our nominated charity is Beyond The Moon and each year we raise significant funds to send children with a life threatening illness on a holiday of a lifetime. We also organise and partake in a number of charity events like The Temple Street Bake Sale, The Great Dublin Bike Ride and The Shoebox Appeal for Dublin’s homeless community.

We Have Fun

We work hard but also enjoy our downtime. With our amazing location in the heart of Dublin city, our social committee have an easy job really! We make up some good excuses to get out and about. We organise regular get togethers including our famous ‘Tasty Thursdays’ where we try new and interesting places for lunch. We always have sweet treats to share at our monthly team meetings and our Summer barbecues and Christmas parties are events not to be missed.
