Our Revenue Management Software (RMS) has been designed to save you time and is extremely user friendly. We use your own rate strategy, PMS data and competitor data to help make your rate and yield management quicker and more efficient, and depending on the integration level chosen, with the click of a button on the Rate Wise RMS you can update your rates straight to your PMS and your channel manager. Using an RMS saves valuable time when it comes to hotel revenue management and creates a more efficient work process for you and your team. It also reduces human error and allows you more time to work on strategy and a high-level overview rather than data inputting and reading multiple reports.

We work with a variety of property types from city centre budget hotels to 5 star golf resorts and everything in between. Once your property has at least 20 rooms and a PMS in place we’ll be happy to discuss how we can work together.

Our pricing is dependent on the elements of our software you’re looking to use as well as the size of your property, and we also have a pricing model for our Software & Consultancy package. Our pricing page has more information and can give a guideline price for you

No, Rate Wise also offers a Revenue Management Consultancy Service. With consultancy, you get all of the benefits of our software as well as your own dedicated account manager who will be on hand to advise you on a whole range of ways to help you grow your revenue, ADR and streamline your OTA’s and Channel Manager. Rate Wise has integrations with a number of PMS Systems and channel managers. Our development team is constantly working on expanding our list of integrations so if your systems aren’t listed please contact us to find out how we can still work together.

Yes, Rate Wise has it’s headquarters in Dublin as part of PREM Group.

All data we receive is securely held on Microsoft Azure Cloud based servers located in Microsoft’s data centres in Northern and Western Europe.

No, the Rate Wise RMS can be used as a standalone system so if you choose not to integrate it with PMS or Channel Manager or if a full integration isn’t currently available you can still use this software.

The minimum contract length for a Consultancy or Software contract is 12 months.

You! A property knows much better about the direct competitors in their local area, so we will be guided by you when it comes to adding your Competitor set to you individual set up. With a consultancy contract our team will go a set further and do an in-depth analyses of the local area and make recommendations if necessary.

We aim to have the system up and running and training complete within 4 weeks of your contract being signed.

Training is provided by our Client Support Specialists and is available for as many team members as you need, there is no cap on the number of people who can be trained on the system once your official contract has been signed.
