Should you wish to add or change channel manager or booking engine or interface software to your property management system, we can help you to make a change. Once agreed upon we can help with the setup, implementation & testing of the software.

Tidy up

If you have systems in place but they are not working as effectively as you would like, we can help you review this, showing you options of set up and make the changes on your behalf or train your team to make the changes. We can tidy up room types, rate plans, rate set up, occupants and help make efficiencies. If your system is set up correctly, it should save on time, save on training and be less prone to errors & rate disparity issues.

Troubleshooting

If you are having issues with rate plans, mapping, systems not talking to each other, problem solving, rate disparity issues, content, images, etc. We can support you with these issues and help you to get everything back on track.

Transition period

If your hotel is adding/reducing bedrooms or changing room types and you need assistance with this transition period we can help you on this project. It is important that new bedrooms are available for sale online as soon as they are completed. We can build room types and map them across your channels, increasing inventory to match your renovation plans, ensuring your rooms are bringing in revenue from day one!

We aim to have the system up and running and training complete within 2 weeks of your contract being signed.

We work with a variety of property types from city centre budget hotels to 5 star golf resorts and everything in between. Once your property has at least 20 rooms and a PMS in place we’ll be happy to discuss how we can work together.

Rate Wise has integrations with a number of PMS Systems and channel managers. Our development team is constantly working on expanding our list of integrations so if your systems aren’t listed, please contact us to find out how we can still work together.
