Here at Rate Wise HQ we have a big celebration this week – it’s our first birthday!

We’re busy rolling out our new look dashboard and user interface to all of our clients at the moment, and while many properties have been using the software for a number of years, we’re celebrating all the great things since relaunching the Rate Wise brand last November. It’s also a really good excuse to treat the team to some delicious cupcakes!


The Rate Wise RMS helps revenue managers and front desk teams save time by connecting with the hotel’s PMS and extracting data on an automated basis which reduces the requirement to manually export statistical reports. By analysing this data and reviewing your competitors’ rates the Rate Wise RMS will then suggest the best rate for you to sell at to optimise ADR, REVPAR and revenue. There is also an option to connect with your channel manager, which allows you to update rates for the next 365 days on all of your OTAs at the click of a button. The system is also fully secure and encrypted – one of our key principles is to ensure our clients’ rates and revenues are secure and confidential.

The beauty of Rate Wise is that the connection and set up of the RMS is done to suit your specific business, whether you operate a budget hotel in the city centre or a large hotel and spa resort. Our brand new dashboard gives you key performance indicators that are refreshed daily. It also includes a breakdown of your pick up by market segment and compares business on the books to last year’s figures and to your current budget.
